By now you probably know what it is, and what it does, but if not heres a little more info on exactly what it includes and how you can get an almost unbelievable transformation in under 6 weeks if you put the work in.

I limit each subscription phase to a certain number of participants and they will come around every 6 weeks so book your spot in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
You will be contacted in the week prior to start if you are successful in your entry, this program is not open to PTs and coaches at this stage. If you're not successful you will be refunded in full immediately.
Photo check ins are compulsory as is a Facebook account for access to the private forums. I would advise that this program is not suitable for vegetarians.
